Lepidoptera

It's the first time in a while I didn't use black in a piece.
Lepidoptera is actually the name of the order which includes moths and butterflies.

Just like Epeira Diademata, Lepidoptera is a spirit like entity. In my story it is said she appears during warm weather specially in spring. She feeds herself with flowers and is a protector of travelers who get lost in the woods unlike Epeira Diademata who would feast on them. Lepidoptera is the size of a cat and is similar to a fairy.

She used to be a normal girl and had a twin sister . At the age of 17 she was about to marry a young man on which her sister secretly developed a crush. To avoid this happening her sister killed her and buried her in the garden. The next morning a white rose bush had grown on her grave . This made her sister mad and tried to get rid of the bush.
Lepidoptera was reborn from the petals of the white rose bush.
